Call me crazy, but I never had a cannoli until a few years ago! I wasn't a huge fan of chocolate and sweets growing up. Boy, was I missing out! Cannolis in dip form are just as dangerous!
Ingredients
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Waffle cones, broken up for dipping
Instructions
- To a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend ricotta and cream cheese together. Add in vanilla and powdered sugar. Whip to combined. Next, mix in those chocolate chips by lightly blending or using a spoon.
- Scoop cannoli dip into serving bowl, top with additional mini chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (this will help thicken the dip).
- Right before serving, break up waffle cones into chip size pieces. You could do this beforehand and keep in an airtight container. Enjoy!
