Call me crazy, but I never had a cannoli until a few years ago! I wasn’t a huge fan of chocolate and sweets growing up. Boy, was I missing out! Cannolis in dip form are just as dangerous!

Call me crazy, but I never had a cannoli until a few years ago! I wasn't a huge fan of chocolate and sweets growing up. Boy, was I missing out! Cannolis in dip form are just as dangerous!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • Waffle cones, broken up for dipping

Instructions

  1. To a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend ricotta and cream cheese together. Add in vanilla and powdered sugar. Whip to combined. Next, mix in those chocolate chips by lightly blending or using a spoon.
  2. Scoop cannoli dip into serving bowl, top with additional mini chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes (this will help thicken the dip).
  3. Right before serving, break up waffle cones into chip size pieces. You could do this beforehand and keep in an airtight container. Enjoy!
