  • 4 oz light cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup part-skim shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning (or a mix of basil + oregano)
  • Mini pepperonis (or your favorite toppings)

Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
    2. In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth for a creamy base. Mix in Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until fully combined.
    3. Spread the mixture evenly into a 10-inch cast-iron skillet (or lightly greased small baking dish. Top with pizza sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and mini pepperonis.
