One recipe I make over and over again for entertaining, quick dinners, and snack boards, it’s this homemade Boursin cheese. It’s creamy, herby, garlicky, and comes together in minutes. No special equipment, no fancy ingredients, and honestly… it tastes better than the store-bought version.

I love keeping a batch in the fridge because it instantly upgrades everything from crackers and crostini to pasta, chicken, vegetables, and even mashed potatoes. If you’ve ever bought Boursin and thought I wish I had more of this, this homemade version is for you.
