I can absolutely promise that you will gravitate toward the chips and salsa if this is on the table! Toss everything into the food processor (expect for the chips of course) and you are done. The most refreshing salsa that is perfect for any event. I make this at LEAST 10 times a year between spring and summer. I always get asked for the recipe and I ALWAYS get asked to make it. Now you will too!

Restaurant Style Salsa

Ingredients
- 28 oz can peeled plum tomatoes
- 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes
- Handful of fresh cilantro, stems included, ends trimmed
- 4 oz diced green chiles
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic (garlic is a little chunky so feel free to grate it prior to adding to processor)
- 1 jalapeño, seeds/membrane removed if desired for a mild salsa
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until all ingredients are blended and smooth salsa consistency is achieved. Easy as that!
- Serve with chips and enjoy!!
