Our obsession with cinnamon buns continues! I hope you are all following along. My new baking dish inspired me to make blueberry cinnamon buns! Using our classic cinnamon bun recipe, but adding in some jam to the filling and icing. It gave such a sweet, yet refreshing in a way, result that made me that much more excited for spring! By mixing the jam into the icing it almost gave the impression that it's base was yogurt which is what made it seem "light" if you could believe that considering it is coating a yummy, filling cinnamon bun!
