Whipped Feta & Smashed Potatoes

My friends having been RAVING about this whipped feta! The key is to use a greek yogurt with high fat content. I recommend Cabot's 10% fat greek yogurt. This dip/spread is so easy to throw together ahead of time. Before you need it, just take it out of the fridge prior to when you need it so it can come to room temperature. This whipped feta pairs well with sliced, toasted baguette as well!
