A little spinoff of my viral potato nachos. I figured what if you don’t have time to make the potatoes for the nachos? What if we substitute them with potato chips? Cheddar bacon ranch is such a classic combination. It can do no wrong. This is such a quick recipe for any game day or occasion in general. Want to make it even easier? Swap out the cooked bacon with bacon bits to save even more time!

Ingredients
- 1 bag wavy potato chips
- 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning
- 8 oz block yellow cheddar, shredded
- 10 strips cooked bacon, roughly chopped
- 1 cup of sour cream for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat oven 425°F. In a medium bowl, mix cheddar cheese with 1/2 ranch seasoning. The other half can be mixed into sour cream for dipping.
- Pour potato chips out onto a large baking sheet. Make sure chips are close together, but not in a pile. Sprinkle cheese throughout and top with bacon.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 2-3 minutes so cheese can harden a bit.
- Break apart chips. Place on serving dish with ranch sour cream. Enjoy!
