Tiramisu Overnight Oats

When I tell you this tasted JUST LIKE tiramisu I am not kidding. It was such a nice treat to have in the morning and a great way to switch things up.

Ingredients

For the oats

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 1 shot of espresso
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

For the topping

  • 1 cup full fat greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or date syrup
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or jar, mix oat base together. Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
  2. In the morning, in a separate bowl mix yogurt and syrup until combined.
  3. Remove oats from fridge, give a quick stir (add milk if you prefer a thinner consistency). Scoop yogurt mixture on top of oats and spread evenly. Sprinkle cocoa powder all over the top to give that final tiramisu finish and enjoy!!
