Ingredients
- 1 tbsp EVOO
- 1 lb pizza dough
- Toppings of choice! I used homemade pizza sauce, mozzarella, green bell peppers, banana peppers, and black olives
Instructions
- Coat cast iron in olive oil. Toss dough in oil in the cast iron to coat and allow to proof for at least 30 minutes to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Use your hands to spread dough around surface of cast-iron.
- Assemble toppings (I always put cheese under and on top of the other toppings). Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes and enjoy!
