Ingredients
For the Carrot Fries:
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into fry-sized sticks
- 2-3 tbsps olive oil
- 1-2 tbsps honey
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp cornstarch or potato starch (for extra crispiness)
For the Whipped Feta:
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsps olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 tbsps (optional for desired consistency)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
