All I have to say is don’t knock it until you try it. I was trying to brainstorm some different wing recipes so naturally I asked Ross for his opinion. When Ross suggested this to me I thought he was joking!! When I made them I was speechless. They were GOOD.

Ingredients
-
2-3 lbs chicken wings
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
-
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
-
1/4 cup grape jelly
-
2 tbsps hot sauce (I used Frank’s)
-
Dash cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 250°F. Pat wings with paper towel to dry. Toss in olive oil then place directly on the smoker. Smoke for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Bump up the temperature to 425°F and bake until internal temperature reaches 175°F and outside is crispy (20-30 minutes). Remove from smoker and transfer to a bowl.
- While wings are smoking, prepare the sauce. In a frying pan over medium heat, mix together buffalo, peanut butter, jelly, hot sauce, and cayenne until smooth and remove from heat.
- Pour over wings and toss to coat. Serve with jelly for dipping and enjoy!
